ISEL provides this whistleblowing channel to its employees and suppliers, allowing them to report any irregularities in the workplace.
Purposes: To report a complaint or submit a query related to legal violations, unlawful acts against ISEL ENERGIA, SLU or its key stakeholders (partners, clients, or suppliers), unethical behavior and/or conflicts of interest involving employees, manipulation or falsification of documents, among others, concerning ISEL ENERGIA, SLU.
Legal basis: The consent you provide by completing and submitting the relevant form.
Data processed: Email address, full name; in the case of anonymous submissions, no data from the whistleblower is collected.
Retention period: For the duration necessary to resolve the query and/or complaint, in accordance with the applicable regulations in force at any given time. Once resolved, data may be retained in anonymized form for statistical purposes.
Data recipients: Public administrations and/or companies involved as indicated in the complaint/query form; administrative or judicial authorities that may be involved in the matter.
