During the last months we have started to work on the implementation of the photovoltaic park of Revilla-Vallejera, in the province of Burgos. A new fleet that will have 144,720 modules, with a total power of 50 MW.
This time we have been awarded the works of medium and low voltage, as well as the entire electrical installation of the photovoltaic modules. Our work began in December 2021 and is scheduled to be completed by mid-April.
The park has had an investment of 32 million euros and its construction aims to avoid almost 12.300 tons of CO2 per year through the more than 144.000 photovoltaic panels of 345 Wp. The Burgundy plant is expected to produce enough clean energy to supply a population of 26.000 households a year. The construction of this park has an important local factor, both from industrial suppliers and the involvement of almost 250 workers until its start-up in 2022.
